From absolute zero to reality.

Kelvin Software takes an idea that isn't moving yet and ships a working MVP. We build with AI that runs on the user's own device, and with cloud models when the job needs them.

How an idea heats up

Every project climbs the same scale. You see something working at each step, not only at the end.

  1. 0 K

    Idea

Nothing is moving yet. Bring the napkin sketch, the voice memo or the half-built repo.

  2. 273 K

    Thaw

Ice starts to melt. We pin down the one job the product has to do, and who it's for. Everything else waits.

  3. 798 K

    Glow

The Draper point, where solids start to glow. You get a clickable prototype to put in front of real people.

  4. 2,700 K

    Working light

The color of a tungsten bulb. A working MVP with real data, using local and cloud AI where each fits best.

  5. 5,772 K

    Daylight

The surface of the sun. It's shipped: store listing or domain, analytics, and a plan for version two.

We ship our own products the same way

Riff, Fromensics and Hyperpage are free Chrome extensions built on one idea: the AI runs inside Chrome, on your own computer.

Chrome, on your computer

Riff

Social replies, DMs and posts

Give it your rough point and Riff writes a fresh reply for X, LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram. It never posts for you: you review and send.

Fromensics

Email trust

Adds a Check sender button to Gmail and Outlook on the web. Rules on your device decide one verdict, with one reason and one next step.

Hyperpage

Websites for local businesses

Finds a business on Google, drafts its whole site with Chrome's built-in AI, and publishes it to the owner's own domain.

Gemini Nano The AI model built into Chrome. It runs on your computer.

Gemma 4 Google's open-weight model, small enough to run locally on a laptop.

Every app here runs on one or both, on your own device.

At absolute zero

Three more ideas, not named yet. They take shape here as they heat up.

Local AI first. Cloud when it earns it.

On the device

Gemini Nano, built into Chrome, and Gemma 4, Google's open-weight model, run on the user's own computer. Data stays put, it works offline, and there's no API bill for each user. Every product we make starts here.

In the cloud

Larger cloud models take the heavy work: long documents, research, writing code. We call them only after local rules have done what they can, and send only what the task needs.

Where it runs

Chrome extensions, web apps and Cloudflare Workers. Your code lives in your repository and your cloud account from the first day.

AI change management for teams

At 273 K, ice keeps soaking up heat while the thermometer doesn't move. Physicists call it latent heat. Teams adopting AI hit the same stretch: plenty of effort, no visible change yet. We help you get through it.

  • Map the work

Where AI helps, where it doesn't, and which data can leave the building.

  • Pilot one workflow

One team, one process, measured before and after.

  • Train the people

Hands-on sessions and short playbooks inside the tools your team already uses.

  • Set the rules

What runs on the device, what goes to the cloud, and who signs off.

Start at 0 K.

Tell us about the idea or the team in a few sentences. We'll reply with what a first version could look like.

  • Prototype sprint

From idea to something clickable you can test with people.

  • Zero to MVP

A working product, shipped to a store or a domain.

  • Team program

Map, pilot, train and set rules for AI across one team.

Questions

What is vibe coding?

Building software by describing what you want to an AI model and steering the result. We pair it with the parts that make software last: tests, code review, version control and real deployments.

What do you build?

Chrome extensions, web apps, Cloudflare Workers and internal tools. If it runs in a browser or at the edge, we can most likely ship it.

Why local AI?

It keeps user data on the user's device, works offline and costs nothing per request. When a task needs more power, we add cloud models on purpose.
